Unless you have had your head in the bunker the past few years you would have noticed that the change in golf technology is becoming more and more noticeable. I am going to sound really old now but my first set of clubs, well my woods were made of this funny material that comes from trees. Thats right proper woods. So with hybrid golf clubs becoming more and more prominent in todays game I took some of the clubs that were on sale in my local pro shop for a test on the range today and one that stood out was the Cobra Baffler DWS.

The first thing that always amazes me with all hybrid clubs is the weight they are a lot heavier than your average driver or iron. As I have made no secret of I am a big fan of King Cobra golf clubs and the Cobra Baffler DWS didn’t let me down at all. The Callaway X Series was another nice club that I tried but I have to say it was knocked into second place by the Cobra.

Sales Bumph for the Cobra below:

What made it so special? Well I always seem to push Hybrid Golf Clubs to the right no matter how far left I aim or how I line myself up it always goes to the right so I was delighted when I picked up the Cobra and it went only slightly right of where I was aiming. The club is more forgiving than any other Hybrid I have tried.

If your looking at adding Hybrid Golf Clubs to your bag then the Cobra would get my recommendation every time its $149.99 through the buy link above compared to the Callaway X Series which is $159.95.
